Fiscko provides an all-in-one software platform for salons, spas, wellness, and other service businesses to manage bookings, clients, payments, and operations, as well as a custom website design service (Fiscko Development). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Your Account

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for notifying us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fiscko for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Free Consultations

Our free consultations are provided for informational purposes only to help you evaluate whether our website or platform services suit your business. A consultation does not constitute a binding agreement or a guarantee of any outcome. Either party may decline to proceed after the consultation.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described on our Pricing page. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party providers such as Stripe (payments) and Google (advertising and analytics). Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or actions of these third parties, and you should review their terms where relevant.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Fiscko — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without our written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Fiscko. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fiscko is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Fiscko after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
